Your Account Is on Hold
You currently have a hold on your account which will prevent you from registering for courses. In order to remove this hold, you must complete the following steps as soon as possible:

Send proof of your visa status. Acceptable documents include:
- Proof of study permit approval (required)
How to upload your full study permit
When you receive your full study permit, go to your IAS application to upload your documentation. Go to the Visa Documents section of the Supporting Documents page of your application.
Important: If an agent applied on your behalf, have your agent submit your documentation in IAS for you.

February 27, 2023 - Last day to register for winter co-op work term
February 28, 2023 - Registration begins for summer co-op work term
March 02, 2023 - Last day to submit a withdrawal request due to visa refusal for winter (full refund incl. deposit)
March 15, 2023 - Last day to withdraw from most winter programs/courses without academic penalty (no refund)
March 15, 2023 - Full summer term fees due for International students
March 30, 2023 - Full-time Registration for summer term begins
April 04, 2023 - College closed for Good Friday
April 07, 2023 - Add/Drop registration opens – make changes to your summer timetable (Apr. 17 – May 19)
April 17, 2023 - Last day of class for most programs
April 21, 2023 - Last day to Apply to Graduate for students completing final term of study in winter 2023
April 21, 2023 - Final grades due for most programs
April 26, 2023 - Apply to Graduate opens for students completing final term of study in summer
May 01, 2023 - Summer term begins for most programs
May 08, 2023 - Last day to withdraw from the summer term with a refund
May 19, 2023 - Add/Drop registration closes – last day to make changes to your summer timetable
May 19, 2023 - College closed for Victoria Day

June 26, 2023 - Last day to register for summer co-op work term
June 29, 2023 - College closed for Canada Day
June 30, 2023 - Registration begins for fall co-op work term
July 03, 2023 - Last day to withdraw from most summer programs/courses without academic penalty (no refund)
July 15, 2023 - Full fall fees due for international students
August 03, 2023 - College closed for Civic Holiday
August 07, 2023 - Full-time Registration for fall term begins
August 09, 2023 - Last day of class (14 week programs)
August 18, 2023 - Last day to Apply to Graduate for students completing final term of study in summer 2023
August 18, 2023 - Add/Drop registration opens – make changes to your fall timetable (Aug. 21 – Sept. 18)
August 21, 2023 - Final grades due for most programs
